FlyQuest 2025 Elite Solaris Jersey

The 2025 Elite Solaris Jersey is the fullest expression of this mission yet.

Design and Materials

The Solaris jersey is constructed from 100% recycled polyester, sourced from post-consumer plastic waste. But the sustainability story goes deeper than the material:

Custom jacquard fabric featuring the FlyQuest leaf pattern woven (not printed) into the material
Ribbed collar and cuffs for a clean athletic finish
Green colorway that has become FlyQuest’s signature, reinforcing the environmental brand

The jacquard weaving technique means the leaf pattern is structurally part of the fabric rather than a surface treatment, resulting in a more durable and distinctive jersey.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

FlyQuest extends its sustainability commitment beyond the product itself. From apparel to packaging, the organization prioritizes recycled and sustainable materials throughout the supply chain. Von Dutch Worlds Collaboration

For the 2025 Worlds competition, FlyQuest partnered with Von Dutch for a special Worlds Jersey bundle ($174) that included the jersey, hat, and keychain. The Von Dutch collaboration brought a Y2K fashion aesthetic to FlyQuest’s eco-friendly brand, creating an unexpected but effective design mashup.

FlyQuest is owned by Wes Edens (co-owner of the Milwaukee Bucks and Florida Panthers), giving the organization financial stability to invest in premium sustainable manufacturing.
