Dplus KIA (DK) is a South Korean esports organization competing in the League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK). Backed by Kia Corporation, the team has built a reputation for developing top-tier talent and maintaining one of the most consistent presences in the LCK. Beyond their competitive results, DK has distinguished themselves through an ambitious merchandising strategy that blends esports with traditional sports and entertainment through unexpected collaborations.
From 2024 through 2026, Dplus KIA released a series of seasonal uniforms alongside two standout cross-industry collaborations that pushed the boundaries of what esports merchandise can look like.
2024 Seasonal Uniforms
DK’s 2024 lineup included three distinct jerseys covering the full competitive calendar:
Spring Uniform — The opening kit for the 2024 LCK Spring Split featured DK’s signature purple and white palette with updated sponsor placements and refreshed graphics.
Summer Uniform — A revised colorway for the Summer Split that introduced subtle design changes while maintaining brand continuity across the season.
Worlds Uniform — For the 2024 World Championship, DK released a special edition kit with elevated design elements befitting the international stage. The Worlds variant carried premium detailing that set it apart from the regular season versions.
2025 Uniform and Worlds Kit
The 2025 regular season uniform brought a design refresh that carried DK into the new competitive year. Later in the season, a dedicated Worlds 2025 kit followed the established pattern of releasing a special edition jersey for the World Championship, giving fans a distinct piece tied to the international tournament.
2026 Uniform: “Inspired by the Past, Built for the Future”
DK’s 2026 uniform arrived under the tagline “Inspired by the past, built for the future”, signaling a design that draws from the organization’s history while pushing into new territory. The jersey balances nostalgia with a forward-looking aesthetic, reflecting DK’s evolution from their earlier iterations through to the current Kia-backed era.
KIA Tigers 2025 Collaboration
One of DK’s most significant releases was the KIA Tigers 2025 collaboration, the third cross-sport partnership between the esports organization and the KBO League baseball team. The KIA Tigers, based in Gwangju, share a parent sponsor in Kia Corporation, making this a natural but nonetheless striking crossover between esports and Korean professional baseball.
The collaboration produced a baseball-inspired jersey that merges KIA Tigers’ athletic heritage with DK’s esports identity. The design incorporates baseball styling cues — button-front construction, raglan sleeves, and classic striping — adapted with DK’s color palette and branding.
Distribution was notably broad, with the collaboration jersey available across four retail channels: the DK official shop, Musinsa, SSF Shop, and the Kia Shop. This multi-platform approach ensured reach across both esports and traditional sports audiences.
Catch! Teenieping 2025 Collaboration
DK’s most unexpected release was the Catch! Teenieping 2025 collaboration, a crossover with the hugely popular Korean animated franchise. Catch! Teenieping is a children’s animation phenomenon in South Korea, and the partnership targeted a different audience entirely from DK’s core esports fanbase.

The collection included uniform shirts and a baseball jersey, each featuring character-themed designs with “OO Ping” name markings on the back, replacing the standard player names with Teenieping character references. The result is playful, colorful, and completely different from anything else in the LCK merchandise landscape.
